Petra Wadström, inventor of Solvatten winner of the prestigious Swedish Änglamark prize.

Jurys motivation: Solvatten is an easy to use solution to a global problem. Access to safe water is scarce and brings hardship for people every day, mainly women. Using Solvatten benefits the woman in many ways as she will spend less time and money on fuelwood. Solvatten has a positive environmental impact since it saves trees and CO2 emissions and therefore a great example of an innovative sustainable solution.
